About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the operational and service delivery aspects of its mission in a specific territory. This includes recruitment, training, and recognition of staff and volunteers. The Executive Director will also be tasked with cultivating and managing donor relationships at the local level, contributing to fundraising initiatives, and working closely with the Development team to meet annual fundraising targets. The role requires a strong advocate for the company's mission, with the ability to lead high-performing teams, deliver excellent customer service, and interact with diverse audiences with integrity and professionalism. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 10 years' work experience in program management and/or fundraising, including 5 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a non-profit, military, multicultural, or global organization is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a general knowledge of donor cultivation strategies, the ability to deliver compelling cases to stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving results in a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with tact.
