About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Central Administrative Team and oversee all aspects of organizational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, positive relationships, and a strong culture and climate. This includes working with the Governing Board on strategic planning, fiscal matters, and representing the organization externally. The Executive Director will also be tasked with risk management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with all educational and regulatory standards. A key focus will be on academic excellence, including the recruitment and retention of high-quality staff and the implementation of a robust academic program. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' teaching experience, 5 years' administrative experience, and 5 years' charter school leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in Montessori education. The role requires a candidate with a valid Administrative Services Credential and a Masters/Doctoral Degree. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary skills in driving vision and direction, motivating a learning community, ensuring operational soundness, and securing charter renewal. They should also have a proven track record in coaching and developing team members, serving as an instructional leader, and leading organizational change initiatives. The position demands a leader who can travel frequently between the company's various campus locations and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse educational environment.
