About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation. The successful candidate will be the primary leader, responsible for the strategic planning, and operations of the Foundation. This role requires a Master's degree and a minimum of five years' of senior-level experience in marketing and fundraising. The Executive Director will be tasked with achieving the organization's mission and financial objectives, as well as enhancing public awareness through fundraising efforts. Key responsibilities include engaging with board members, funders, and the community, leading a strong fundraising team, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. The role also involves financial management, board development, and maintaining a dynamic and influential Foundation Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership, performance-based strategies, and a strong background in marketing, public relations, and community engagement. Essential skills include the ability to lead, coach, and retain staff, as well as to develop and execute fundraising plans. The Executive Director will also be involved in foundation board development, financial management, and must be adept at maintaining internal controls. The role demands a high level of integrity, cultural competency, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of constituents. Professionalism, the ability to manage a department budget, and a proven track record in philanthropic settings are highly valued.
