Job Title: Executive Director

Compensation: Base Salary - USD $182,160 to $232,231 (Includes base, bonus, and equity)
Position Summary
The Executive Director will serve as the CEO of an individual clinic in a high-growth environment, responsible for the overall operations, including P&L ownership, leadership team development, budget management, and participant enrollment. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulations while fostering relationships with external stakeholders.
Essential Job Duties
Monitor care delivery quality and ensure staff adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices.
Develop and oversee the hospitals management team.
Collaborate with finance to maintain and operate within a program budget, including hiring plans.
Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including community service providers and legislators.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards, and successfully pass regulatory audits.
Participate in strategic planning and operational initiatives to enhance hospitals best practices.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a related field; or Master’s Degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory role in social or health services (or one (1) year with a Master's Degree).
Five (5) years of experience developing programs for vulnerable seniors.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in health or social services, preferably in senior care.
Three (3) years experience in complex clinical operations with P&L responsibility and management of clinical teams.
Skills:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required). Proven track record of improving patient experience. Ability to mentor and develop leaders and care team members. Experience in a data-driven organization, utilizing reports and data to guide decisions.

Pay: $182,000.00 - $232,000.00 per year
