Job Description
SWP, LLC. is looking for an Equipment Operator for the construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, dikes, temporary roads, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operates various heavy equipment, including, but not limited to dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and scrapers.
- Performs various activities such as fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, and excavating.
- Performs routine inspection before and after each use.
- Performs general maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Maintains a clean and safe job site.
- Comply and understand company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and be exposed to elements.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive construction setting, including exposure to moving machinery and heavy equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commute to the job site.
- Must pass company background and drug testing procedures.
