Description:

·        Monitors progress of multiple sprints and reports to leadership team with Status report

·        Has a strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies, and an understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)

·        Demonstrated ability to influence and lead. Understands detailed fundamentals of iterative development, and delivers -sprint plans with development and testing teams within agreed timelines, cost, and quality

·        Understands other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them. Leverages other techniques to provide value to the team/enterprise

·        Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy

·        Understands incremental delivery and the value of metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

·        Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress

·        Leads the adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros done according to planned schedule)

·        Participates in key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to share best-in-class practices adopted during his/her tenure

·        Mentors Scrum masters as needed, including resolving escalations

·        Proven ability to be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. Excellent communication and time management skills

·        Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

·        Typically has rich and varied experience of working in an Agile based fashion and has a robust understanding of the pitfalls and guardrails

Conducting Stand-ups, Meeting with Product Manager for planning sprints, documenting / tracking / driving burndown of stories in Jira and with the team, organizing multiple streams of work, accounting for injects
