Job Description
Our client is seeking a Scrum Lead/Project Manager to join the Salesforce Competency Center department. This team works closely with stakeholders to align on objectives and monitor progress. The successful applicant is able to work on a variety of projects, acting either as a scrum lead. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, address challenges using good judgment, creativity. A final key differentiator is being and great communicator with different levels of audience. The Scrum Lead will be responsible for backlog, sprint planning, release planning, and daily sprints. The team will consist of Developers, QS, BSA’s and Product Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide SCRUM leadership by supporting and leading one or two SCRUM teams, each consisting of developers, QA engineers, and Business Systems Analysts.
• Undertake project management duties such as coordinating with multiple teams to gather information, drive timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee release management, including managing four major releases annually with two-week sprint cycles to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project for all tasks. Experience with JIRA is essential as it is our primary tool for tracking progress and managing tasks.
• Navigate and manage projects in an environment that combines Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Work effectively in a high-paced setting, maintaining composure and efficiency while juggling multiple priorities.
• Leverage your experience with Salesforce, particularly in migrating to the Lightning platform.
• Demonstrated experience in the detail oriented services industry• Ability to manage projects using the Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project for project management tasks
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue and project tracking
• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master accreditation is a must
• Demonstrated experience in leading Scrum Teams
• Prior role as a ScrumMaster is essential
• Must have a ScrumMaster Certification
• Familiarity with both Scrum and Waterfall Agile methodologies
