Description
Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and licensed Master Plumber AND Journeyman Plumbers to grow and lead an in-house plumbing department. Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable both at job sites and in our main Marlborough office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with our plumbing team to Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure work performed by all plumbers is of good workmanship and compliant with current local codes.
- Oversee and prepare plumbing permits with the assistance of our Permit Coordinator
- Work with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations
- Oversee the department and subcontractor (if applicable) scheduling
- Build a plumbing team that properly supports the company and its growth
- Serve as a mentor to team members
- Assist in preparing bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Full-time position (regular hours will be 7:30am-4pm)

Desired Candidate Background
- Master Plumber license (MA)
- Journeyman Plumber License (MA)
- OSHA Certified
- High School or GED equivalent preferred; EAP Certification required
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driver record
- Must be able to undergo a background check
- Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly and able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority
- Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day
