About Our Client
A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description Analyze customer needs and the business environment to accurately translate them into detailed business requirements.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.
Assist the local Project Manager with project execution by tracking, documenting, and managing all project artifacts.
Ensure that each requirement is linked to clear benefits, ownership, and defined success criteria, maintaining full traceability.
Conduct thorough impact assessments of proposed changes, evaluating their effects on processes, data, and systems, and document findings.
Perform data analysis and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Cedar data.
THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE SPLIT TIME ONSITE IN JERSEY CITY, NJ AND NYC!

The Successful Applicant Over 4 years of Business Analysis experience within the Financial Services industry
Extensive experience in advanced business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, producing structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), finalizing User Stories, and writing functional specifications.
Proven track record of delivering projects in a global environment, utilizing various methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Solid experience in working within the global investment banking sector, managing and supporting change initiatives.
Skilled in advising stakeholders on process improvement opportunities and effectively presenting complex solutions in a clear, concise manner.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data interpretation, capable of evaluating information from multiple sources, identifying variances, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
