Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team at an innovative architectural firm. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the effective use and optimization of our ERP system. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications, while supporting system integrations and improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, particularly within project management, finance, and resource planning.
• Analyze and document current workflows, identifying opportunities for process optimization through the ERP tool.
• Provide technical support for ERP system issues, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure accurate data flow across departments, maintaining system integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, procedures, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (experience in architectural or construction industries is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry-specific software is a plus.

Salary of 100 - 120k. Excellent benefits.
