What you will be doing:
- You will lead discovery activities with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, analyze feasibility, and define the impact on other business units and systems.
- Additionally, you will perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution evaluations while documenting project scope and business requirements.
- Your role will also include creating process models and workflows that define both current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states, helping to drive organizational efficiency.
- Operationally, you will manage individual tasks or sub-projects, propose and document solutions for improving business processes, and define business rules to address data quality issues.
- You will facilitate testing by developing and executing test cases, ensuring the solution meets original requirements. Communication will be a key aspect of your role as you work with stakeholders to ensure alignment, monitor requirements documentation, and evaluate project impact in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, quality assurance, and training.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least four years of experience in business analysis.
- A PMI Professional in Business Analysis certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong technical writing and requirements-gathering skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in process documentation, stakeholder alignment, and project execution is highly valued.
- This position requires analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- You should excel in multitasking, attention to detail, and service-oriented collaboration. The role is primarily office-based, with desk work requiring frequent computer use and occasional standing and walking.
