Compensation: $75,000-$90,000/yr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assisting in oversight of manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborates with engineers to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines
- Identifies and assesses problems from manufacturing standards
- Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs
- Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial and delivery goals
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
- Works with Operations Director and finance to develop operating budget
- Participates in evaluation of equipment purchase, maintenance and layout
- Assists in recruitment, hiring and training of manufacturing employees
- Minimum of 3 years in industrial manufacturing
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant industrial manufacturing field
