Your Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Do you have a passion for optimizing production and driving innovation? As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving processes, testing new ideas, and ensuring efficiency across all production stages. From building prototypes to collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be at the heart of our client's commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
  • Streamline Production: Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in the manufacturing process
  • Innovate: Research, test, and refine design ideas, using lean manufacturing and root-cause analysis to drive improvements
  • Build & Improve: Develop prototypes, assess performance, and fine-tune designs
  • Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient processes
  • Provide Insights: Estimate production costs and timelines to support decision-making and optimize operations

What We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a related engineering role with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Hands-On Skills: Experience building and testing small prototypes
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including program managers, manufacturing leads, and customers
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with AutoCAD experience a bonus
