PrideStaff has an incredible opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager in Fort Lauderdale, to join an Amazing Aviation Company!The ideal Manufacturing Manager will ensure precision, attention to detail, and enhance operational procedures. The manager will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and meeting scheduled deadlines. Responsibilities:Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teamsDelegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnelPlace production orders from customersInspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctionsAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresMeet and exceed deadlinesSelect, manage, train, and motivate the teamQualifications:Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields for Aviation companiesBe familiar with AS9100Knowledge of production tools and equipmentMircosoft Office Suites and QUANTUM is a MustStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
