Insight Global is looking for a Quality Manager for 120k for a client in Milford, CT for a permanent opportunity. They will be overseeing the quality assurance operations within our electrical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control processes, a strong understanding of electrical components and systems, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure the production of high-quality electrical products.
• Inspection & Testing: Supervise and coordinate inspection and testing activities throughout the manufacturing process to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve manufacturing processes by identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
