Seeking a dedicated team member to join our manufacturing team located in Markle, IN.

The perfect candidate will have manufacturing experience and a can-do attitude to excel in a dynamic setting.

We are looking for someone with strong instruction-following abilities and the ability to work well with colleagues to achieve goals promptly.

$17 - $18 hourly

• Work on different assembly lines for the production of wood trusses and wall panels
• Follow a set of instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden components with the aid of various power tools
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

• Knowledge of basic tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

We own and operate one of the largest truss and panel operations in the Midwest.
