Job Title: Engineer PFMEAJob Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with PFMEA proficiency. The successful candidate will organize, moderate, and be the go-to person to help PFMEA teams meet expectations. You will assure that PFMEAs are properly structured and stored in corporate FMEA databases using AIAG-VDA software. Additionally, you will transfer select data from Excel to our AIAG-VDA software, form cross-functional teams to write/update PFMEAs, and ensure the correct participants are present. You will moderate PFMEA team meetings to ensure proper methodology is used, become an expert in our AIAG-VDA software tool, and ensure the read-across of PFMEA product variations are correct and up-to-date. Furthermore, you will ensure alignment of PFMEA to the actual production process and support Product and Process teams in developing and maintaining Design and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (D/PFMEA).
Hard Skills
+ Demonstrated proficiency in AIAG-VDA PFMEA methodology
+ Excellent computer skills including Office 365 and understanding of IT database structures
+ Strong analytical skills

+ Project Management experience (> 2 years)

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Maryville, Tennessee and some days remote.
