**Job Title: Swing Shift Electronics Manufacturing Operator****Job Description**Support the manufacturing of electronics components in a lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment. This position includes tasks such as:- Using a torque screwdriver to fasten components into place.- Using an arbor press to press pins into place on an assembly.- Working under a microscope to place and adjust small components.- Using tweezers to pick up, place, and manipulate small components.- Performing work in a laminar flow hood.- Possible operation of a basic test system to gather pass/fail information from assemblies.This position works in an ESD-sensitive and ITAR-compliant work area.**Hard Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Experience with small parts and microscope+ Production experience (electronics preferred)+ ITAR compliance**Schedule**Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3:30am**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Beaverton, Oregon.**Work Environment**Lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment.
