Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG), LLC is currently recruiting an Administrative Task Manager to join our team at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
Job Description:
· Ensure that content provided for senior leaders is consistent with DOD and Command policy and direction, and to a standard that is indicative of the level of a CCMD.
· Facilitate the timely and effective coordination of task completion both inside and outside the organization.
· Provide synergy and collaboration between the J0 - Special Staff and the subordinate J-Directorates or subordinate Service components and other J0 Offices.
· Coordinate staffing actions with the J-Directorates, special staff, and Executive Aides in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that all pertinent staff members are apprised of relevant information.
· Solicit, create, and design travel/engagement/visit preparatory materials for the command senior leadership, to include desired outcomes, key messages, biographies, event atmospherics, and media.
· Maintain workflow to include management of CAG SharePoint sites such as the Commander’s Coordination Library and Hot Topics links.
· Prepare advanced written material (reports, presentations, talking points, calendars, notes, itineraries, memoranda, query responses, and other required reports) to a standard that is consistent with communicating at the CCMD-level IAW designated deadlines.
· Prepare strategically-focused well-written material that is consistent with the policy and direction of USCYBERCOM and NSA messaging.
· Attend events, meetings, conferences, and other command activities in order to maintain a level of knowledge consistent with the needs of the CAG and via written updates to ensure other organizational elements are aware of key command information.
· Assist other offices within the J0 in their tasks, as necessary, to ensure command senior leadership receives optimal support.
· Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the CAG.
· Provide a weekly written Progress, Status and Management Report IAW CDRL A003, summarizing specific tasks completed/deliverables provided and a brief.
Requirements:Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance:
· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph required
Education:
· Bachelor's degree e from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience:
· Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in providing administrative support in program and/or contracts is required.
· Minimum of three (3) years experience developing workflow process automation is required.
· Minimum of three (3) years experience assisting in coordinating project oversight and operations.
