Summary: The Portfolio Management Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Bank’s Commercial Lending Portfolio Management Team. The incumbent performs various servicing and administrative duties utilizing technology that includes nCino, Nautilus, DNA, and more. They provide support working in conjunction with Commercial Credit, Commercial Technology, Closing and Loan Servicing departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management
- Assists with managing loan covenants including collection of financial statements, monitoring of exceptions reports, ordering third party reports via the appraisal department, addressing varying loan servicing requests, monitoring compensating balance reports / tasks, submit reporting to SBA on MSLP loans.
- Reports
- Orders various reports and/or searches including Experian reports, Lexus Nexus reports, flood searches, property searches, OFAC searches, etc
- Escrow and Interest Monitoring
- Reviews and monitors escrow and interest reserve accounts across the commercial lending portfolio
- Loan Advances
- Provides assistance in the management of loan advances; including lines of credit and construction loans.
- Quality Control
- Utilize automation to confirm Nautilus Files are well maintained and accurate.
- Other Responsibilities
- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Unless determined otherwise by the Bank, applicants should be in their current position for at least one year to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of commercial loan products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including MS Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with aptitude for financial reports and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently under time constraints.
- Problem solving skills.
- Adaptable to change.
