We’re looking for dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join our team in the Orangeburg area. If you have a strong background in warehouse operations and leadership, we have several positions available across various departments.

• Maintenance Supervisor 

• Production Supervisor  

• Fabrication Supervisor 

• Welding Supervisor 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your department, meeting production goals, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of skilled associates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Production Operations: Ensure all customer requirements are met and production operations are running efficiently, with a focus on quality control and on-time delivery. 

• Staff Leadership: Supervise and train a team of associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to perform tasks safely and efficiently. 

• Safety & Quality: Enforce company safety and quality programs; maintain production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 

• Problem Solving: Monitor plant equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues early, ensuring continuous improvement and minimizing downtime. 

• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, performance, and quality metrics. Prepare reports and make recommendations for operational improvements. 

Attitude & Skills: 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments. 

• Process-oriented, with a keen eye for continuous improvement. 

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - In the field you are applying for 

• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards. 

• Previous supervisor experience  

• Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite; Paycom experience is a plus.
