Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy and counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and provide support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• License as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish trust with clients
• Understanding of ethical and legal guidelines in mental health
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other professionals
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with current research and best practices
