Compensation:
With competitive pay ranging from $27.53 to $42.53 per hour,
Associate Licensure Annual Base salary starting at ~ $59,260 DOE
Full Licensure Annual Base Salary starting at ~$69,846 - $88,462 DOE

What does a Telehealth Therapist do?As a new at HOME Telehealth Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you'll engage with clients in scheduled virtual sessions, providing empathetic support and guidance as they navigate their mental health challenges. Each day, you can expect to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, totaling 4 hours per day, providing a structured yet flexible work environment that allows for optimal client care. You'll also collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights.
Your role will emphasize active listening and problem-solving as you foster a safe and trusting environment for your clients to thrive.
Requirements:- Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field and:
- For Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- For Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Capable of navigating Telehealth services on a daily basis from home.
- Strong communication skills are paramount, enabling you to effectively articulate therapeutic concepts and build rapport with clients during virtual sessions. Empathy and active listening are crucial, as they allow you to understand your clients' perspectives and provide the compassionate support they need.
Additionally, problem-solving capabilities will empower you to devise innovative solutions tailored to clients' unique challenges. Time management skills are vital, as you'll need to balance client sessions, documentation, and collaboration with colleagues within your scheduled hours. A proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving therapeutic practices will further enhance your contributions.
Ultimately, your ability to demonstrate integrity and uphold a customer-centric mindset will be instrumental in fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
