WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS LEAD

Location: New Castle, Delaware

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Job Description:

Monitor and drop open orders and assign work waves to picking associates
Expediting rush orders
Monitor systems to ensure orders are dropped, packed, and shipped in accordance to need date
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Manage and organize workload for packing and shipping departments
Contribute to filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving
Prior experience with operating a Hi-lo/Forklift
Must be able to squat and lift and push/pull heavy items (up to 50 pounds approx.)
Reliable transportation
Strong observational skills
A keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Be able to work independently and accurately
Pass a Drug test & Background check
