Qualifications:
Our client, a real estate investment firm in Chestnut Hill, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a collaborative environment.
This role is onsite 3/4 days a week.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate Partners’ calendar, schedule, and appointments. Condense professional and personal calendars.
- Meeting preparation and following up on action items.
- Assist Partners with email management and build relationships with clients and other internal stakeholders.
- Booking travel (private, commercial, domestic, international, lodging, ground transportation, etc.).
- Create and distribute Marketing materials for the organization.
- Managing special projects.
- Ordering office supplies, working with vendors and implement new processes.
- Additional duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional services experience is required.
- 5 years of Executive Support experience required.
- Able to anticipate needs and have problem solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage the office space.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Teams.
