As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding these standards by supporting and overseeing quality control processes, guest service excellence, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role involves collaborating across departments to ensure our high standards are met. In this role, you will be the contact between the elite tier members and the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Support quality assurance programs, conducting audits and inspections to uphold Hyatt’s service standards. Monitor guest feedback (e.g., Medallia) and provide insights to improve service. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure adherence to quality processes and address service issues. Train and support staff on Hyatt service standards and best practices. Manage service recovery initiatives, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. Analyze quality assurance reports to identify trends and improvement areas. Ensure guest-facing areas meet standards for cleanliness, functionality, and safety. Oversee Regency Club operations and assist with World of Hyatt and front office incentives. Support the housekeeping team in preparing VIP rooms to Hyatt standards. Qualifications: Passion for guest experience and service excellence in a high-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in hotel operations or quality assurance, with knowledge of Hyatt standards. Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving. Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and guest satisfaction metrics. Able to stand for extended periods and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
