Senior Technical Architect Position Summary As a Senior Technical Architect, you will work with our Identity Services team to design, operate and maintain our portfolio of Identity products. Utilize your experience with application integration, access control systems, data analytics, report generation, incident investigation/remediation, server administration, and team leadership. Ability to evaluate systems and vendors as you assess our technology capabilities and needs. Build relationships as you work across different areas and communicate with senior management. Essential Job Duties Analyzes, designs, implements, and supports integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other application system and data feeds. Maintains a catalog of automatically and manually assigned roles in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Implements and maintains custom workflows in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Works closely with the application teams and Internal Audit to implement, run and evidence access certification campaigns. Applies comprehensive knowledge across the Identity Services portfolio of applications and provides technical informational support to Identity Services staff, as well as end users. Provides consultation on projects and is a subject matter expert for Identity Services systems. Researches, designs, develops, and delivers innovative scheduled and ad-hoc reports, as well as, diagnosing and fixing any report-related issues. Develops and maintains custom integrations with credentialing and physician information systems. Develops multifaceted test plans, tests data and testing schedules. Conducts intricate unit and system tests to verify results of software solutions. Installs/performs in-house and vendor updates in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with IS change control standards and procedures. Participates in or leads meetings with stakeholders. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Participates in business requirement meetings to gather objectives, required elements and present experienced solutions. Provides highly proficient expertise in the selection, customization, installation and support for Identity Services modules and packages. Evaluates and manages complex issues related to performance, stability, and scalability of Identity Services applications. Provides mentoring, training, and other resources to fellow Identity Services Engineers, as well as maintains a favorable work environment for all team members and clients. Assists the supervising personnel in overseeing the instruction, direction, and inspection of assignments for fellow Identity Services Team Members. Works in multiple phases of systems and applications analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Related Information Security experience in a healthcare setting Experience with SSO Integrations Metrics Dashboarding experience Firewall and Database management Enterprise administration and development in an Azure/Office 365 environment Required Qualifications At least 7 to 10 years of technical experience as a SailPoint IIQ product owner Knowledge of healthcare industry operations Python and Java Development proficiency Proficiency in managing Unix and Windows Server environments Command of Directory Services Mastery of API system integrations Strong mentoring skills to support peer business partners DevOps based development approach Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
