DevOps Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance the CI/CD pipelines for our Salesforce and AWS environments. This role involves overseeing GitHub code releases, transitioning to Copado-based automated release management, and ensuring high system performance and security. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing, monitor infrastructure, and maintain documentation to support efficient software releases. Key Responsibilities • Manage GitHub code releases across Salesforce teams, transitioning to Copado-based automated release management • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and AWS DevOps • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing for high-quality code • Monitor system performance with tools like Prometheus and Grafana, proactively resolving issues • Scale and optimize AWS infrastructure for reliability and security • Develop and maintain version control strategies using Git and Copado for Salesforce deployments • Automate routine tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Maintain comprehensive documentation for release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and configurations • Stay current with industry trends and DevOps best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities Required Qualifications • Ten (10) years of experience managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines • Seven (7) years of experience with AWS DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS) • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Extensive experience with Version Control (Git) and Performance Optimization • Strong knowledge of Security Best Practices and Problem-Solving skills • Effective Communication and Collaboration with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Ansible • Four (4) years of experience with Audit Deliverables • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master • Ten (10) years of experience with CICD Pipeline Management (Jenkins) • Seven (7) years of experience with Automation Tools (Ansible, Terraform) • Seven (7) years of experience with additional DevOps Tools (Chef, Puppet) • Three (3) years of experience with Orchestration (Kubernetes) Certifications • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (preferred) Physical Demands • Ability to safely perform essential job functions in alignment with ADA and other standards • Sedentary role with occasional movement for meetings and other tasks • Capability to perform repetitive computer tasks using a mouse, keyboard, and monitors Education: Bachelors Degree
