Customer Service Associate Job at Middec Inc in Madison

We are seeking a Full Time Seasonal Customer Service Associate to join our team! MUST be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Saturday availability REQUIRED. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. QuickBooks experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Cash handling checking out of customers by data entry into computers
• Add and subtract to calculate weight and amounts
• Answer 4 line phones and communicate professionally
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to multitask with phones and customers
• Ability to add, subtract, and multiply to get weights and measures.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
