Responsibilities:
- Process work orders
- Answer phones
- Scan paperwork
- Schedule appointments via google docs
- Coordinate stock transfers between our locations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of mathematics
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
