You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, setting service standards, and fostering a customer-centric environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can strategize and implement efficient customer service practices to enhance the customer experience, while continuously seeking ways to improve our processes.
Experience determines the salary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor customer service representatives, ensuring they adhere to company service standards and goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop performance metrics, monitor team productivity, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated issues, implement customer feedback, and work cross-functionally to resolve any service challenges.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Create and enforce customer service policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
- Technology Utilization: Optimize the use of customer service software and tools to improve team efficiency and customer interactions.
