The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and ready to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. This role involves handling customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Communicate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through initial processes.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
