Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:
Modutek International LLC is seeking to hire an Equipment Maintenance Technician. As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. As an integral part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
- Interpret schematics and utilize high voltage knowledge to diagnose problems accurately.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and adjustments on various equipment components.
- Use voltmeters and other tools to test and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Equipment Maintenance Lead to repair and replace parts as needed for equipment maintenance.
- Apply HVAC/R principles when working on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration systems.
- Utilize industrial mechanic skills to maintain and repair industrial machinery effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external clients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics is essential for this role.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of high voltage systems is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment types.
- Familiarity with using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is a plus.
- Background in industrial mechanics is a strong asset.
- Ability to fabricate or modify components based on equipment requirements.
