Machine Operator Job at Swoon in Downers Grove

Role: Machine Operator (Full time in their Downers Grove HQ)

Schedule: 6am - 215pm CST, Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate: $19 - $21/hr

Responsibilities:

• Set up automatic punch presses
• Install and align progressive die sets to perform a variety of blanking, forming, piercing, and trimming operations.
• Replace buttons, punches, and forms stripper plates as necessary.
• Analyze machine problems, make minor repairs and operating adjustment, fill out maintenance ticket if necessary.
• Replace and install sensors in proper position as required.
• Working on your feet all day

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
• High School Diploma required
• Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, etc)
