The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Comfortable working in fast-paced production, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments with defined success metrics and goals for teams and individuals
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions required to successfully run stated protocols with minimal supervision
• Keen attention to detail, highly organized, and diligent
• Understands and follows all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Willing to participate in continuous improvement and operation exercises
• Strong computer skills and not intimidated to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts
• Comply with all lab safety guidelines and use appropriate safety and protected devices when performing duties in the lab
• Ability to work flexible shifts/hours, as well as overtime as needed, which requires standing on lab floor for the duration of a work shift not including breaks.
• Lifting and handling of materials used for experiments will be required, not to exceed OSHA guidelines
