The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events for the company. This role involves assisting with event logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. It is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in the events industry.
Pay Range:
$1100 - $1350 weekly

The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events for the company. This role involves assisting with event logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. It is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in the events industry.
Pay Range:
$1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Gather feedback from attendees to evaluate event success and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and manage attendee registration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
