Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications: 1.Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst 2. Between four (5) and seven (7) years experience in agile, hybrid agile iterative software development, product backlog grooming, road map development. 3. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, or Child Support Desirable Qualifications: 1.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience on projects analyzing, extracting, transforming, and documenting legacy systems' functionality, system logic, and business rules 2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements on a mainframe modernization project covering multiple complex functional domains. 3. Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience in writing quality user stories, creating prototypes, sprint planning 4.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience of working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project . 5. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience utilizing requirements management tools similar to Blueprint.
