We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in marketing analytics and incrementality modeling. The ideal candidate is passionate about data science and incrementality and thrives in a high-growth environment focused on optimizing ad campaign performance through advanced data insights. About The Role: You will be responsible for fine-tuning incrementality and attribution models, playing a key role in how ad performance is measured and optimized. You will collaborate closely with the data and product teams to develop sophisticated models that deliver actionable insights to clients. Your expertise in marketing analytics, incrementality, and data science will help shape the future of measurement technologies. Responsibilities: Lead the optimization of incrementality and attribution models. Develop, test, and refine models to measure the impact of advertising on business outcomes. Ensure a clear understanding of the differences between attribution and incrementality in marketing analytics, applying this knowledge to model development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and data science, to innovate and improve measurement methodologies. Translate complex data science concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Work with large datasets and advanced analytics tools to enhance platform capabilities for providing meaningful marketing insights. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience with marketing analytics, data science, and incrementality modeling. Strong understanding of attribution and incrementality methodologies. Proficiency in data science with experience in building and optimizing incrementality and attribution models. Expertise in handling large datasets, performing statistical analyses, and deriving insights from data. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field is a plus.
