What You Will Be Doing Support High-Impact Programs: Provide essential support to C-130, F-16, and F-35 assemblies, along with other production processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Engage in Cross-Functional Activities: Participate in production planning and control, quality management, manufacturing optimization, and machining processes to ensure seamless operations. Drive Process Improvement: Contribute to process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. Lead and Train Self-Directed Teams: Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training to team members and peers in essential skills. Collaborate for Success: Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve planning issues, improve processes, and enhance production outcomes. Analyze Key Performance Metrics: Use advanced analytical skills to establish, interpret, and maintain performance metrics that guide productivity and quality. Enhance Production Build Methods: Leverage experience in metrology equipment and machining to optimize production methods.

Basic Qualifications: Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing / Production Operations. Experience in machining processes. Experience identifying defective parts, equipment, &/or systems in order to determine root cause of problems &/or potential corrective actions. Experience interpreting engineering and planning documents in a professional environment. Desired Skills: Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, QADS, EDMS, MTO, and Solumina. Experience coordinating activities to evaluate and resolve engineering related production/system problems. Experience with LM Machining environment. Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
