Technical Project Manager II

As a Technical Project Manager II you will lead multiple Medium-sized technical projects with complex project components, ensuring successful execution from inception through delivery. This role requires strong leadership and project management experience to drive initiatives forward within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards. A successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, advanced problem-solving abilities, and experience managing technical deliverables across cross-functional teams. REWARDS: Salary $90k - $115 per year Bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Matching PTO REQUIREMENTS : ability to commute into Clearwater office 5 days a week Proven experience in managing medium-sized technical projects or components of larger initiatives Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose solutions for complex issues PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred Experience in a relevant technical industry or domain preferred RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop, maintain, and drive comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation for medium to complex projects. Facilitate and manage communications among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress; proactively identify risks and obstacles, and implement timely corrective actions to keep projects on track. Oversee project budgets, resources, and vendor contracts, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations. ?Collaborate closely with technical teams to facilitate the successful integration of technical solutions and requirements into the project.
