The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Order Management:

    • Assist customers with placing, tracking, and updating orders.
    • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
  • Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Update customer information in the database.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
