RefrigiWear is searching for an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative in our rapidly expanding company. The Customer Service Department is located in Dahlonega GA. Open Monday - Friday; 7am - 6pm with staggered employee schedule for coverage with one late day a week 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote following successful training period.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES

  • Customer Advocate at the highest level.
  • Order entry - process orders received via phone, web, fax, and email with accuracy.
  • Sales support - support Regional Sales with sample orders and general customer information.
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Return any phone calls timely.
  • Assist customers with product questions.
  • Process RMA's for returns and repairs.
  • Process quotations and follow up with customer.
  • Perform inside sales and up selling.
  • Manage customer accounts and update customer information
  • Provide product information to customers
  • Special projects when requested.
  • Rotating late shift work hours required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of Customer care, Client relations or Office experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with little direction.
