Opportunity:
LG Ads is currently looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Campaign Manager to successfully manage a portfolio of digital media campaigns from launch to completion in partnership with account management and sales. Campaign Managers are key members of the Managed Service Ad Operations team and are responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution for our advertising clients and customers. This includes campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, pacing, and billing to achieve client, team, and company goals.
Responsibilities: Partner with Account Management to own assigned book of business and campaigns. Manage, optimize, and traffic ad campaigns from start to finish. Troubleshoot as needed. Emphasis on productivity, accuracy, and proactivity against strict deadlines and SLAs to deliver the best performance for our clients' campaigns. Optimize and monitor performance through data analysis and reporting. Provide actionable takeaways per designated KPIs to drive success of campaigns. Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, creative policing, trafficking requirements. Constantly learn new technologies, systems and processes as the need arises. Generate delivery and billing reports for campaigns. Gather screenshots for campaigns on an ad hoc basis. Work cross functionally and be the subject matter expert on all things related to campaign execution and best practices for assigned book of business. Help drive the continual improvement of workflows, processes, tools, and products. Requirements:
1-3 years of experience Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint required Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau a plus Experience working in any of following: media planning, managing and/or optimizing digital media campaigns preferred Experience handling/monitoring digital campaigns preferred Familiarity with ad serving, DSPs, SSPs, ad tech ecosystem preferred Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and clients simultaneously High level of adaptability High level of critical thinking Ability to work under tight deadlines Strong attention to details Strong analytical skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally across geographies with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
