JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and others. This role will play a critical part in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and ROI through data-driven performance marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

o Develop, manage, and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve performance goals (e.g., conversions, ROAS, traffic, lead generation).

o Implement full-funnel strategies, including upper, middle, and lower funnel tactics, tailored to specific platforms.

o Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.

2. Platform Management

o Manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

o Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

o Partner with creative teams to develop platform-specific ad creatives, including video content for TikTok and Reels.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

o Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

o Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.

o Use analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics for performance tracking.

4. Budget Management

o Plan and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI and meet campaign objectives.

o Ensure campaigns stay within budget and provide forecasting and pacing recommendations.

5. Collaboration & Innovation

o Work cross-functionally with the creative, content, and data teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

o Explore and test new social platforms and ad formats to stay ahead of trends.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager), analytics tools, and budget management. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions. • Creativity: Experience in developing engaging and performance-optimized creatives, particularly video content. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
