The Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of HR to lead our HR department as we grow and double the size of our workforce.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 Salary position and wages are based on experience and the significant value that is added. Annual Management Bonus incentives. Bi-weekly, direct deposit, every other Friday. Medical, Dental, Life, and Voluntary Accidental Insurance plans. Matching 401(k) plan - 100% matched up to 4% 125 Health Plan - adds more to your pocketbook. 40 hours of paid vacation after one year of continuous full-time employment. 80 hours of paid vacation after three years of continuous full-time employment. Responsibilities

This role requires leadership, technical HR expertise, and a commitment to fostering a strong organizational culture. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and growth goals, while providing guidance on organizational structure, succession planning, and workforce development. •

Recruitment and Talent Management:

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent, and manage performance evaluation systems and employee development initiatives. •

Employee Relations and Culture Building:

Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes employee engagement, serving as a resource for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and team building. •

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards, while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures. •

Compensation and Benefits Management:

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals, and monitor and recommend enhancements to employee benefit programs. •

Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and organizational goals, and analyze HR metrics and trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred. • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated success in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
