As a Construction Scheduler you will work closely with the iConstruct team to develop overall schedule of project completion.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for building and updating scheduled at various milestones, as project deliverables are completed, and as scopes of work are added to a project, and to provide updates to key team members on the progress of project completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively with all field staff members to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates. Meet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates, and recovery schedules. Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate internal senior personnel. Forecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule. Utilize Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software to update and document schedule performance. Monitor and status schedule progress. Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc. Perform cash flow projections / analysis on a monthly basis. Participate in training seminars. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering required or equivalent years of experience in scheduling. Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling experience preferred. Good general knowledge of construction means, methods, and development. Good organization and communication skills. COMPENSATION
