Duties and Responsibilities:
- Eliminate or reduce waste in production and related processes
- Responsible for Engineering Projects
- Equipment Automation
- Choose machinery and other equipment and arranges these items in the most effective layout in the manufacturing plant.
- Develops methods that will be used to accomplish all of the tasks involved in production, including devising systems for quality control, distribution, and inventory.
- Determines the functions and responsibilities of workers and devises and implements evaluation procedures; recommends methods for improving employee efficiency.
- Evaluates potential for or actual physical harm throughout production processes; redesigns, relocates, or replaces equipment, as necessary.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Injection or Blow Molding experience required.
- Should have an aptitude for mathematics, physical science, and computer applications.
- Must have strong background in production systems planning; and manufacturing systems design.
- 5+ years of project management experience is preferred.

- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis
- Will lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
