Job Specifics: This is a hybrid role

The Administrative Specialist is required to provide full administrative/secretarial support to members of the foster care and adoption programs and provide management and operational assistance to the Family-Based and Treatment Homes and Adoption Directors.
  • The Administrative Specialist will also support the Program Director by following up on any outstanding requests, approvals, or tasks needed by the Director or the team to support operational effectiveness of the program.
  • The Administrative Specialist is required to provide administrative support to the VP of Community Based Programs on an as needed basis to help support the completion of special projects of which are administrative in nature (group mailings, data entry, copying, scanning, etc.)

Education/Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2-year administrative support experience in an office setting required.
