Certification Details ACLS BLS Job Details Open to 3x12s or 4x12s Will accommodate 1st time travelers depending on experience level Patient Diagnoses: Cardiogenic shock, Decompensated heart failure, STEMI/NSTEMI, Post cardiac arrest, TAVR, Pulmonary hypertension, Pulmonary embolism Special Procedures/Unit Details: high acuity heart failure unit at heart transplant center, cardiology critical care, pericardial drains/windows, targeted temperature management, pacemaker placement Special Equipment: PA catheters, IABP, Impella, Transvenous pacemakers, CRRT, EKOS catheters, CADD pumps - remodulin infusion 1:2 Ratio, Float requirement to ICUs and SDUs, Epic experience required, No block scheduling requests please Job Requirements ACLS - Required - Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required. BLS - AHA ONLY. RQI is accepted. If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date. State License 1 Verification - License Verification required within 30 days of start. All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately. NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) - NURSYS required within 30 days of start. Additional Details Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required.
