Job Description
Join our team as a Filling Technician to operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines in a sterile manufacturing environment. We seek individuals with experience in aseptic environments and filling machines, committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $90000.00/hr.

Job Description
Join our team as a Filling Technician to operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines in a sterile manufacturing environment. We seek individuals with experience in aseptic environments and filling machines, committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate BFS machines under supervision.
- Set up and tear down machines per production schedule.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and assist in troubleshooting.
- Monitor production output for quality and consistency.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs.
- Record and maintain accurate production data.
- Communicate quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training to advance to the next operator level.
- Sterile, cleanroom environment with air conditioning.
- 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
- 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm
